Mike Dale has over 35 years experience in the electrical industry specializing in controls and communications technology. After rehabilitating 2 failing electrical service departments and managing a fluctuating workforce of 50 – 100 employees, Mike went out on his own and started Royalty Electric. Even in a slow economy Mike was able to grow the company into what it is today. Mike enjoys horseback riding, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family. Mike has been happily married for 37 years and has 2 successful children.
Steve Meistrell has 35 years of non-profit, for-profit, and government experience. He continues to sit on non-profit and for-profit boards of successful organizations, specializing in systems and processes, company cultures, and leadership development. He is a successful entrepreneur who currently owns and operates several businesses with his partners. He has been married for over 38 years, has 3 happily married children and 7 grandchildren. Steve loves to be active whether it’s horseback riding, biking, or sitting around the campfire surrounded by friends and family.
